A Founder’s Vision: Redefining Dessert
While Sweet n Skinny reflects a modern approach to wellness and design, Jennifer’s connection to baking began much earlier. Some of her earliest memories are of standing beside her grandmother in the kitchen — watching simple ingredients become something meaningful through care, intuition, and quiet attention to detail.
Those early moments shaped more than a love of baking. They formed her belief that food can be both comforting and intentional, and that what we create for others should nourish as much as it delights.
Years later, that philosophy became the foundation for Sweet n Skinny. Jennifer set out to redefine dessert entirely — moving beyond traditional recipes toward plant-based, nutrient-dense creations made from thoughtfully chosen ingredients and her proprietary blend of flours. The goal was simple but ambitious: desserts that feel beautiful, taste exceptional, and support everyday life.
